We are seeking a dynamic business professional who would like to join our team and work with high growth potential startups.


Our Senior Project Manager will supervise the daily operations of projects and programs. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professional staff, executive consultants, and students to execute projects related to policy innovation, energy, environment, entrepreneurship, and competitiveness in Southeastern Ohio.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as internal and external liaison throughout the region, working with a broad array of stakeholders
  • Represent TechGROWTH Ohio through regional and national events
  • Monitor and contribute to the coordination and communication of initiatives designed to bring entrepreneurs, stakeholders, partners, and business leaders collaboratively together
  • Lead in the development of value-add entrepreneurial training experiences by identifying and recruiting subject matter experts
  • Make professional presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Regular travel within the region.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of lean startup methodology and the principles of the business model canvas
  • Experience in achieving results in a collaborative team environment, including negotiation, confidentiality, and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of venture development, financial modeling, go-to-market strategies, prototyping, and intellectual property
  • Ability to analyze and assess strategic impact of processes and operational decisions.
