  • Support the operational leaders in building scalable teams and leadership capability
  • Align people strategy with growth objectives, operational priorities, and long-term enterprise value creation

Talent & Recruiting Leadership

  • Own and actively lead recruiting efforts for leadership and key roles across the organization
  • Build strong talent pipelines and a repeatable recruiting process that supports growth
  • Partner with leaders to assess talent needs, upgrade teams, and build bench strength
  • Ensure hiring decisions reinforce culture, leadership standards, and long-term potential

Culture, Leadership & Brand Stewardship

  • Act as steward of company values, leadership behaviors, and brand integrity
  • Ensure culture is embedded in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and leadership practices
  • Coach leaders on people leadership, accountability, and change management
  • Lead internal communications that reinforce clarity, trust, and alignment

People Operations & Scalability

  • Build and execute scalable people systems, policies, and governance that support a multi-entity structure
  • Balance centralized standards with entity-level execution
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with a pragmatic, business-minded approach
  • Anticipate people-related risks and opportunities before they become issues

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience in a growth-stage, multi-entity environment preferred
  • Background in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or operationally complex businesses a plus
  • Proven track record of partnering closely with CEOs and senior leaders

Leadership Style & Traits

  • Strategic thinker who enjoys being involved in execution
  • Proactive, decisive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Strong recruiter who enjoys talent assessment and relationship building
  • Trusted, discreet, and values-driven
  • Influences through credibility, not bureaucracy
  • Balances empathy with accountability

Why This Role

This role will serve as the company’s senior and currently sole HR leader, and will be critical in ensuring growth strengthens—rather than dilutes—the company’s culture, leadership quality, and brand reputation. The HR Director will be integral in hiring top talent, shaping the leadership bench and people systems that support the next phase of growth.
