POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs work providing comprehensive operational support to the department.

Performs other duties in alignment with the COTA Strategic Plan and in support of the organization's vision to Move Every Life Forward.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee, analyze and support all operational activities to ensure that office is running smoothly
  • Develop office policies and procedures to ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Manage office budget, including annual budget planning, tracking monthly actuals, forecasting
  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoice management for division
  • Identify, manage and facilitate expiring contracts and resolutions within division
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, and design/implement new systems
  • Manage smaller projects as needed
  • Support the program management, annual planning and divisional team(s) as needed
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail, be driven and a self-starter
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience providing administrative support in an office environment
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification preferred
