As a Product Manager, you will work as part of the Product Management team to analyze documentation and conduct relevant research and actionable analysis to serve our clients and support the product and strategy roadmap. You will define user, process, and business requirements. You will collaborate with other departments within the company, such as the client services group and software development, to gather information as part of your requirement analysis efforts.

The impact you’ll have:

• Elicits, analyzes, and validates product needs throughout the software development lifecycle
• Works with internal stakeholders to establish scope and vision
• Independently conducts client interviews to gather business requirements
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, and clarity
• Documents business and process requirements into specs
• Documents functional requirements into user stories
• Creates process models, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of requirements to internal stakeholders
• Conducts peer reviews of requirements documentation and provide constructive feedback
• Gathers and analyzes information on competitive product/service offerings and technologies, determines competitive strategies and tactics and communicates the information to field sales and field service teams

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a business analyst, product analyst, quality assurance analyst, or similar role working on software products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expert planning and organizational skills
• Experience in Agile development methodology
• Experience generating process documentation
