Your Impact
We’re looking for an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute across a wide range of technologies, including Mac laptop support, digital conference room setups, and enterprise software tools. You’ll assist with day-to-day support tasks, gain exposure to hardware logistics, and collaborate with experienced team members to keep our distributed workforce productive and secure.

What You’ll Do
- Support employees with basic technical issues in a MAC OS environment
- Help configure workstations, monitors, and peripherals across ~150 desks and two floors of office space
- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting digital conference rooms
- Support remote employees by helping set-up, ship, and coordinate laptop repairs
- Track hardware, troubleshoot user issues and resolve problems in tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Jira/Confluence
- Help reimage and provision laptops using standard internal processes
- Participate in responding to security alerts (e.g., malware detection) with guidance from senior team members
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records under team direction
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base
Requirements Qualifications
- Some experience (internship, part-time, or coursework) supporting computers or troubleshooting tech issues
- Comfortable working in macOS and basic familiarity with common SaaS apps
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to work onsite as needed and coordinate with remote users
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or associate Degree working towards Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science or related majors
- Experience in government technology, regulated industries, or enterprise SaaS is a bonus.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
