Overview
The Deal Desk Analyst 2 is responsible for the management and execution for all quote-to-cash activities. This includes but is not limited to an understanding of all the company’s product lines and the ability to analyze deal structures and lead them through to execution.
Responsibilities
- Management of all quote-to-cash activities within assigned vertical with expertise in deal structures; apply deal structure knowledge to ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently to maximize sales and profitability
- Serve as an advisor to the sales team on deal structure and the quoting for standard contracts
- Communicate with multiple departments to review and escalate routine issues that arise from the quote-to-cash process
- Review all contractual terms and conditions, verifying compliance with internal policies and corporate initiatives; communicate these accounting and audit guidelines, contractual terms and exception management clearly and directly to sales and sales leadership
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure assigned contracts and quotes are worked to completion with oversight as needed
- Review, investigate and resolve operational questions and issues for account managers and clients
- Facilitate timely, seamless handoffs to customer operations, including all required documentation
- Work with IT to troubleshoot data transmission issues between systems, as needed, and implement process changes as required
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Deal Desk Analyst
- Experience in software sales or contract negotiation in the software industry
- Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Good sound judgment and business acumen skills
- Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Maintain a general knowledge of company's software functionality and comprehension of licensing strategies
- Up to 10% travel time required
Remuneration Disclosure:
· Starting Base Salary Range: 109,000.00 - 139,000.00 PLN gross per year. The posted pay range represents the company’s good faith estimate for this role. Actual compensation may differ based on relevant experience, skills, education, and work location.
· The remuneration includes all components related to the role, such as:
o Base salary
o Performance-related/Commission bonus eligibility (if applicable to role)
