The Internal Project Manager is responsible for coordinating planning managing and monitoring projects from inception through closure ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.

• Assist with ensuring project results have an articulated scope with quantifiable business benefit
• Apply basic best practices, project management methodologies, project documentation and tools, and market trends
• Document the stakeholder's success metrics and criteria for projects
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings
• Ensure project progresses on schedule, within budget, and in line with accepted requirements
• Assist with defining and administering project charters and plans that specify goals, strategy, scheduling, and staffing
• Prepare project status reports and keep all stakeholders informed of project status and related issues and risks
• Deliver timely and effective updates to all identified audiences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Practical experience with Microsoft Operating systems and products
• Oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and forthrightness
• Ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
• Business and technology acumen
• Sharp, fast learner with technology curiosity and aptitude
• Knowledge of project management practices
• Up to 10% travel time required
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
