The Provisioning Specialist is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer.

• Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders, generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognition
• Fulfill license requests from various internal departments
• Fulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policy
• Assist with other team member assignments.
• Provide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as needed

• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Experience in a customer support or software licensing role
• Detail oriented; regularly verifies all work thoroughly and efficiently to ensure accuracy
• Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
• Attention to detail
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Up to 5% travel time required
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
