Job Description
- The Project Manager 1 is responsible for the coordination of customer implementation projects from initiatiion through project closure. They are responsible for project scheduling and coordination budget control non-conformity resolution and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to bring projects to successful completion within scope on time and within budget
- Facilitate and coordinate client meetings using engaging informative presentation methodologies
- Create and maintain project documentation utilizing methods prescribed by the PM
- Administer and update project plans that specify goals strategy and scheduling
- Act as a project coordinator for client engagements
- Manage timely and effective updates to key contacts
- Oversee activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule
- Provide support to other Project Management team members as directed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
- Oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Facilitation and project management skills
- Organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Average travel requirements for this job is 30% annualized yet unique circumstances with customers may require more travel.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
