The Business Analyst works with key business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. In this role, you will support projects at all stages — from discovery through delivery — ensuring continuity of information, quality of solutions, and clear communication across teams. Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
- Provide support to projects at all stages with the objective of maintaining continuity of information and quality of final solutions, while documenting findings and developing requirements in a detailed manner appropriate for successful analysis of applications and systems.
- Conduct discovery meetings with key business stakeholders to gather information about business processes and concerns, analyzing and validating information to inform actionable process improvement initiatives.
- Capture, aggregate, document, and measure the effectiveness of business processes utilizing business analysis tools, ensuring findings are accurately represented and actionable.
- Review requirements documentation, resolving questions or issues, and present final requirements to key business stakeholders with appropriate oversight from other team members.
- Guide stakeholders through the design of process improvement initiatives, performing business analysis and providing applicable training to end users as required.
- Perform audits on data quality, timeliness of data extraction transfers, and accuracy of input; investigate and resolve data-related problems to ensure the integrity and reliability of business information.
Role Essentials — What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated experience in IT Business Analysis, consulting, or project management, and a background in developing, documenting, and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with proficient use of various analytic and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Strong oral and written communication skills that reflect a professional demeanor, with the ability to interact with discretion, tact, and impact across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with good facilitation and project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners toward shared goals.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct structured discovery sessions with business stakeholders, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements documentation.
- Experience performing audits on data quality, timeliness of data extraction, and accuracy of input, with the ability to investigate and resolve data-related problems effectively.
- Proven track record of guiding stakeholders through process improvement initiatives, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging, informative, and compelling presentations.
- Strong ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others, with a track record of building consensus across multiple teams and organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects independently and on time, with strong attention to detail and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
