About the Role

The Digital Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer success across a defined territory covering Spain, Portugal, and Italy. This role owns direct customer relationships and strategically engages with key partners across the region, combining full-cycle direct sales accountability with joint go-to-market execution to expand market coverage, accelerate deal cycles, and increase market share across Southern Europe.

Here's What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a defined territory of existing and prospective customers across Spain, Portugal, and Italy to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, growth opportunities, and partner collaboration strategies across the Southern European market.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders at multiple levels across the region.
  • Drive joint business planning and pipeline development with channel, reseller, and system integrator partners, executing co-selling motions on target accounts and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and territory reporting to leadership while mentoring and coaching team members.

Role Essentials

  1. Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager at a SaaS company with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, ideally within Southern European markets.
  2. Strong ability to lead full-cycle sales processes including qualification, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels across Spain, Portugal, and Italy with professionalism and tact.
  4. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.

What We'd Like to See

  1. Experience working with channel, reseller, or system integrator partners in a co-selling or joint go-to-market model across Southern Europe.
  2. Multilingual skills are a strong plus — fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian is highly desirable.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable regional sales strategies.
  4. Experience mentoring or coaching team members within a sales environment.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
