About the Role

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of customer implementation projects from initiation through project closure. This role drives project scheduling and coordination, budget control, non-conformity resolution, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery. C1 level German language proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this role, as the position involves regular engagement with German-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Here's What You'll Do

  • Utilize the Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to bring projects to successful completion — within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Facilitate and coordinate client meetings using engaging, informative presentation methodologies, ensuring clear and consistent communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation utilizing methods prescribed by the Project Management framework, including project plans that specify goals, strategy, and scheduling.
  • Act as a project coordinator for client engagements, managing timely and effective updates to key contacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule, proactively identifying and resolving risks and non-conformities.
  • Provide support to other Project Management team members as directed, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Role Essentials

  1. C1 level German language proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory — this role requires confident, professional communication with German-speaking customers and stakeholders.
  2. Demonstrated facilitation and project management skills with the ability to coordinate client engagements from initiation through closure.
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
  4. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to complete projects in a timely manner.

What We'd Like to See

  1. Experience working on customer-facing implementation or professional services projects within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  2. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks.
  3. Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders and regions, with an understanding of European business culture.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly for project planning and reporting purposes.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
