About the Role

As an Internal Project Manager at Hyland, you'll lead complex, high-impact projects from inception through closure — keeping teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and outcomes on track. You'll bring structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to every project, while fostering a collaborative environment where people and work thrive.


Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do

  • Collaborate, direct, and control large, complex projects ensuring defined scope, clear accountability, and quantifiable business benefits
  • Apply advanced project management and change management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive successful project outcomes
  • Manage project resources and activities to ensure projects progress on schedule, within budget, and aligned to accepted requirements
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve scope changes, risks, and stakeholder conflicts with actionable resolutions
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, goals, staffing, and scheduling
  • Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members while managing stakeholder meetings with engaging, well-organized presentations

Role Essentials — What You'll Need

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects
  2. Advanced knowledge of Project Management and Change Management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  3. Strong facilitation, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage others with professionalism, discretion, and tact
  5. Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability in managing project budgets

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  2. Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  3. Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners toward shared goals
  4. Strong business and technology acumen with curiosity and aptitude for emerging tools and solutions
  5. Experience working with business stakeholders across a cross-functional matrix environment

Compensation

This role offers a salary range of 142,000 – 192,000 PLN gross per year, based on experience and qualifications.
