About the Role
As an Internal Project Manager at Hyland, you'll lead complex, high-impact projects from inception through closure — keeping teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and outcomes on track. You'll bring structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to every project, while fostering a collaborative environment where people and work thrive.
Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
- Collaborate, direct, and control large, complex projects ensuring defined scope, clear accountability, and quantifiable business benefits
- Apply advanced project management and change management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive successful project outcomes
- Manage project resources and activities to ensure projects progress on schedule, within budget, and aligned to accepted requirements
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve scope changes, risks, and stakeholder conflicts with actionable resolutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, goals, staffing, and scheduling
- Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members while managing stakeholder meetings with engaging, well-organized presentations
Role Essentials — What You'll Need
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management and Change Management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong facilitation, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage others with professionalism, discretion, and tact
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability in managing project budgets

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners toward shared goals
- Strong business and technology acumen with curiosity and aptitude for emerging tools and solutions
- Experience working with business stakeholders across a cross-functional matrix environment
Compensation
This role offers a salary range of 142,000 – 192,000 PLN gross per year, based on experience and qualifications.
