About the Role
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for the management and execution of the cash disbursement process and banking function of the company and its subsidiaries, with a major focus on the monitoring and management of cash liquidity. This role applies detailed knowledge of international banking rules and regulations to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient treasury operations across domestic and global entities.
Here's What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage cash balances for each of the domestic and international bank accounts for the company and its subsidiaries; participate in the cash forecasting process and make funding recommendations
- Approve and initiate all monetary disbursements for the company and its subsidiaries — including cryptocurrency activities — utilizing detailed knowledge of international banking rules and regulations for countries in which business is conducted
- Manage supplier records with an emphasis on the identification of payment type, currency restrictions, tax classifications, and required tax documents
- Manage the setup of bank accounts, bank routing rules, and ongoing bank account maintenance in the accounting system; determine the structure of new bank accounts and maintain banking infrastructure
- Work closely with banking institutions to mitigate fraud risk, settle discrepancies, and assist with banking integrations
- Perform monthly bank fee analysis to optimize interest, reduce bank fees, and manage negative interest exposure

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with proven experience as a treasury analyst; proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact; strong ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
- Strong data gathering, interviewing, and analytical problem-solving skills; strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions
- Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within a team as well as with other areas; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain solid rapport with team members and professionalism with those outside of the department

- Detailed knowledge of international banking rules and regulations, including cryptocurrency activities, for countries in which business is conducted
- Experience working closely with banking institutions on integrations, fraud mitigation, and discrepancy resolution in a multi-entity environment
