Responsibilities:

Elicit requirements and perform systems analysis to assess technical risk and develop technical specifications for life insurance policy administration and new business processing. Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, resource allocations per budget, and oversee team activities for individual projects. Lead and guide Quality, Analysis, and DevOps practices. Develop and grow automation capability incorporating current and future processes. Provide technical expertise in development and implementation execution of multiple APIs to meet product solutions. Apply Test Data Management for complex business scenarios and projects. Recommend and implement process improvements. Provide technical expertise to enhance the performance of applications and interfaces. Hybrid work from home policy may apply.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of progressive experience that includes the following:

  • Supporting implementation of life insurance policy administration systems, including Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA), and new business processing systems, including The Policy Processor (TPP).

  • Conversion from legacy system to OIPA for various life insurance products

  • Performing data analysis using SQL, Tableau and Splunk

  • Product testing using JAVA, Selenium, and TOSCA

  • Managing requirements and analysis using MS applications and SQL

  • Using Oracle databases, Linux, PL/SQL, XML, Informatica, ESP/UAC, Urban Code Deploy and GitHub
