This role will support the NF Call Center efforts and does require working a hybrid work schedule out of either the Columbus or Scottsdale office (Tue & Thu).
This is an E3 band role.
Job Description Summary

You’ll be responsible for consulting with management and customers to determine solution needs. You will develop, produce and maintain technical solutions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identifies, analyzes and supports technology solutions while understanding desired customer experience.
Participates as a member in established Communities of Practice across the various teams passionate about ensuring effective collaboration.
Participates in business stakeholder change management, communication process and training.
Presents meaningful recommendations, reports and documents to internal technology partners to assist with understanding and applying business technology solutions.
Collaborates with business partners to identify data trends, information, reporting and business productivity solutions.
Conducts research on business technology capabilities.
Reviews, validates and completes quality checks on the work of other team members and provides mentorship when the need arises.
Uses agile practices to support technology solutions.
Participates in established agile process activities such as iteration planning, stand-ups, iteration demos and retrospectives.
Identifies, understands and assess dependencies within an iteration, a release and across other product teams.
Partners closely with Nationwide Technology team on design, development, testing and implementation of their technology efforts.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to a Director and does not have direct or indirect reports.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
Experience: Typically, four or more years of experience in data/process/database research, analysis support and problem solving.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and ability to support sophisticated technology projects. Proven ability to align business technology vision/strategy to support organization-wide change. Knowledge of a variety of business technology tools, concepts and techniques. Solid understanding of new technologies and developments in the business technology capacities. Proven ability to develop and apply innovative technology solutions to business problems and opportunities to meet business goals. Understanding of project management concepts and techniques. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with other both within and external to Nationwide. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deliverables concurrently.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.
