The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills with a primary focus on expanding existing customer engagements and closing new deals.</p> <h3>Foundational Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>IT consulting or software engineering experience</li> <li>Experience working in a sales environment</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Support technical strategy, scoping, and presentations for sales opportunities</li> <li>Provide technical guidance for customer challenges and proof-of-concepts (POCs)</li> <li>Work with engineering teams to maintain implementation and support documentation</li> </ul> <h3>Ideal Skills &amp; Experience</h3> <ul> <li>Cloud infrastructure including network and server technologies</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of technology systems and cloud-based business applications</li> <li>Familiarity with IT security and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, ISO, PCI)</li> </ul> <div> <h3>Crew Application</h3> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
