Build the Path Forward

At Path Robotics, we’re attacking a trillion dollar opportunity - doing things that have never been done before to support an industry hurting from a lack of skilled labor. Big, hard problems are what Path tackles every day and our people are our greatest asset to get that job done. Our intelligent, hardworking team of people do the impossible every single day, yet remain incredibly kind, humble, and always ready to support one another.

We’re looking for someone eager to make an impact and help shape the Path Robotics employee experience. In this role, you’ll combine front desk responsibilities with opportunities to lead special projects, plan events, support onboarding, drive culture initiatives, and provide key administrative support. You’ll be at the heart of our team helping keep the office running smoothly, supporting our People team, and creating moments that make employees feel connected, supported, and excited to be here. This is a chance to learn, grow, and be part of a fast-moving company that’s transforming the future of robotics.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Office Experience

  • Be the welcoming face of Path greeting employees and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Keep our office stocked, inviting, and energizing from coffee and snacks to well-maintained shared spaces
  • Ensure the physical environment reflects the same innovation and care we bring to our products

Executive Support & Special Projects

  • Provide scheduling, travel, meals, and coordination that helps our leaders stay focused on what matters most
  • Take on special projects that strengthen our operations, events, or strategic initiatives
  • Partner with the People Team to deliver a thoughtful, seamless candidate experience from interviews to onsite visits

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Lead the first-day experience for new hires from swag bags to a warm welcome that makes their start unforgettable
  • Bring our culture to life through events, celebrations, and recognition programs that connect employees to each other and our mission
  • Lead our Culture Club and drive engagement initiatives across the company
  • Support all-hands meetings, company events, and other touchpoints that build shared energy and alignment
  • Be a trusted resource and creative problem solver, always looking for ways to improve the employee and guest experience

Who You Are

  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive, motivated, and quick to identify projects and jump in
  • Able to walk the office and spot opportunities for improvement
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
  • Experienced in vendor management, customer service, or office coordination
  • A creative thinker who also takes a methodical approach to getting things done
  • A true team player - no task is too small to do with a positive attitude
  • Professional, approachable, and able to connect with all types of people
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
  • Excited by the opportunity to be part of a venture-backed company where your work has an immediate impact
  • Passionate about people, culture, and building community at work
