Job Description:

As the firm’s Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing job postings
  • Source, identify, recruit qualified professionals for all positions
  • Attending networking and recruiting events on behalf of the firm
  • Internship Recruiting:
    • Develop and maintain contacts and act as a liaison with schools, alumni groups, outreach organizations and other groups as necessary to meet recruiting objectives.
    • Coordinate and attend college career fairs to represent and recruit for the firm.
  • Partnering with firm department leaders to identify recruiting needs and work collaboratively to deliver on those needs.
  • Identify, source, and attract top talent utilizing creative sourcing techniques for both active and passive candidates.
  • Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions including contacting passive prospects.
  • Build and maintain candidate pools of strong former candidates and new prospective candidates.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values.
  • Build partnerships and grow our employer brand with colleges/universities.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Must be in the Cleveland/Akron market and be available to attend job fairs and networking events to locate top talent.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools, techniques, and software.

  • Proficient Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
