The Opportunity
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide strategic support to business unit leaders and employees. The Senior HRBP will help leadership meet key results by leveraging people and effective people initiatives.

Salary Range: $98,600 - $137,500
How You Will Make an Impact
Design and implement strategic initiatives focused on scale and growth, including workforce planning, talent assessment, change management, team building, and overall talent vision.
Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and leadership coaching.
Solve problems related to organizational development proactively by making recommendations and implementing solutions.
Recommend and implement data analysis and reporting tools aligned with business needs.
Be a collaborative liaison between specialized HR functions and business unit leaders.
Address employee relations issues through effective application of employment law and thorough investigative techniques.
Provide policy interpretation and recommendations to employees and leadership.
What You Will Need to Succeed
BA/BS degree preferred.
5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS Platforms.
Exemplary communication and critical thinking skills.
Empathetic leadership and a passion for creating an inclusive work environment.
Project management and experience leading organizations through change.
Experience learning and thriving in a dynamic environment.
Ability to cultivate relationships and build rapport across diverse teams.
Ability to use data to drive decisions and identify opportunities.
Experience influencing at all levels of an organization.
Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
