General Description:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the sale of TEKsystems Global Services offerings.
The BDM will be responsible for:
• Building market and account plans for target areas.
• Developing a strategy and rhythm to execute on that plan partnering with the local or aligned account teams.
• Identifying customer pains / problems / and defining what goal or positive business outcome the client is striving to achieve.
• Aligning our Applications Stack Practice offerings in a way that allows us consistent quarter over quarter and year-over-year growth.
• Articulate Global Services’ Applications Stack capabilities and service values to customers to solve business problems.
Responsibilities
Duties of the Role Include:
• Create and execute a business development strategy for markets/clients/offerings supported.
• Work effectively with pre-sales, practice, delivery, front office, and local sales partners.
• Develop negotiating strategies; examine risks and potentials; estimate customers’ needs and goals.
• Quarterback the development and presentation of solutions/proposals utilizing value framework methodology.
• Navigate and operate effectively in a matrixed sales organization.
• Collaborate with other sellers in targeted customers.
• Close new business deals by identifying client business and technical requirements, developing proposals and SOWs and negotiate executed contracts.
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft platform partners) where appropriate.
Qualifications
Requisite Experience:
• 5-8 years of sales experience in the Information Technology Services.
• 2-4 years of experience selling IT services with an offshore component.
• Proven experience selling at the C and executive level.
• Must be willing to live and work fulltime in Ohio.
• Must be currently in a Services Account Manager or Account Executive role with TGS experience.

**Required to sit in Ohio (Columbus, Cincinnati or Cleveland) If not in market,candidates must be open to relocation**
**Salary- Minimum-120k base + Commission + Quarterly and Annual bonus potential**
