Director of Tax Operations (Advisors)
Clarus R+D
Operations
Columbus, OH, USA
Role Summary
Small and medium size businesses deserve more than a once-a-year scramble with their tax preparer - and so does the team delivering it. At Arvo Advisors, we've built something better: a year-round, proactive tax planning and preparation service that gives SMBs access to enterprise-grade expertise, powered by smart technology and backed by Big Four experience.
The Director of Tax Operations (Advisors) is the person who makes that service operate smoothly. You'll own end-to-end delivery of Arvo's tax preparation and planning product line - the workflows, the quality standards, the team development, and the client outcomes. While tax preparation and strategy is your bread and butter, you'll also partner closely with our Tax Credit practice to ensure clients get a seamless, holistic experience.
This is a builder's role for someone who wants operational ownership, not just oversight.
