What you will be doing

• You will stay updated on current research in artificial intelligence.
• You’ll also keep track of the latest trends and best practices in the field.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement based on what you learn.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to support knowledge sharing and future development within the team.

What you will NOT be doing

• Not selling products to customers.
• Leave outdated methods behind. With AI, identify and resolve issues swiftly.
• Getting caught in the management trap. Concentrate on what you do best—coding and creating innovative solutions—rather than getting sidetracked by managerial tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Full Stack Engineer: If you enjoy both frontend and backend development, leveraging your experience with React, NodeJS, Typescript, and backend technologies like Python and PHP to build scalable applications.
• Backend Engineer: If your primary focus is on backend systems, you’d be working with Python, and potentially integrating AI and cloud technologies (Azure preferably).
• Frontend Engineer: If your primary focus is on building dynamic user interfaces, you’ll be working with React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS to create responsive, high-performance web apps. Experience with Redux and TypeScript will be a plus.

Candidate requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, primarily in Python and cloud-based applications.
• Proven experience deploying Machine Learning or Generative AI applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, ideally Azure (App Service, Functions, AI Services, Search).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta).
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or other GenAI frameworks.
• Knowledge of data visualization and real-time integrations (WebSockets, RESTful APIs).
• Exposure to AI-driven UX features or AI-assisted automation tools.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
