Role Overview:

We are seeking a AI Full Stack Developer who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. In this role, you will design, execute technical strategy and develop the GenAI architecture. This is a high-ownership, customer-embedded role requiring flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to engage directly with clients .

Contract Type: Full Time.

Location: Remote – Anywhere in TamilNadu(India)

Key responsibilities : Hands-On Development

• Implement Fullstack features using React.js/Next.js and Python/Node.js backends.
• Build and optimize LLM pipelines from experimentation to production.
• Develop advanced prompt engineering frameworks and strategies.
• Conduct rigorous model evaluations and performance optimizations.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.

Candidate requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong fullstack development skills using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js for backend services.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM or GenAI applications in production.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and RAG systems.
• Solid knowledge of AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform, DuploCloud, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, review code, and uphold high engineering standards.

Good to have

• Experience with fine-tuning or training LLMs.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or open-source AI contributions.
