| Senior Counterintelligence & Threat Protection Analyst Location: Beavercreek, OH – Headquarters Clearance: Active Top Secret Required; SCI Preferred Travel: As Needed Experience: 7–10+ Years Preferred Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Counterintelligence & Threat Protection specialist to support counterintelligence, insider threat, and technology protection efforts across our organization and regional operations. This position will serve as a headquarters-based counterintelligence resource responsible for identifying and assessing threats to sensitive technologies, personnel, facilities, programs, and partnerships supporting Department of Defense missions. This position will also serve as the organization’s Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO), providing oversight and direction for the Insider Threat Program. The ideal candidate brings significant investigative and counterintelligence experience, within DoD, federal investigative organization and/or intelligence organization, and understands how foreign intelligence, insider threats, supply-chain vulnerabilities, and partner risks can impact both emerging technologies and day-to-day operations within the Defense Industrial Base. Key Responsibilities · Identify and assess counterintelligence, insider threat, and technology protection risks affecting company operations, personnel, facilities, programs, and technologies. · Analyze potential foreign intelligence, technology transfer, insider, supply-chain, and third-party/partner threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. · Provide counterintelligence and technology protection support to company operations across multiple geographic regions. · Conduct and support inquiries, analysis, fact-finding, and threat assessments involving potential counterintelligence or insider threat concerns. · Develop actionable recommendations for company leadership based on identified threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks. · Support the protection of sensitive and emerging technologies, critical program information, intellectual property, and DoD-related capabilities throughout development and deployment. · Coordinate with internal security, program, technical, legal, and executive stakeholders when evaluating potential threats or incidents. · Maintain awareness of evolving foreign intelligence threats, adversary targeting methods, technology exploitation, and risks affecting the Defense Industrial Base. · Travel as needed to support regional operations, facilities, programs, and partners. · Serve as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) and provide executive-level oversight and direction for the organization’s Insider Threat Program. · Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Insider Threat Program in alignment with applicable federal requirements and organizational objectives. · Develop and maintain relationships with DCSA, AFOSI, CID, NCIS, FBI and other DoD intelligence and counterintelligence organizations to support information sharing, threat reporting, risk assessments, and coordinated mitigation efforts. Required Qualifications · Active Top Secret security clearance. · Approximately 7–10+ years of relevant counterintelligence, investigative, intelligence, or national security experience. · Experience supporting, managing, or leading an Insider Threat Program within a DoD, federal, or cleared contractor environment. · Previous operational experience · Demonstrated experience identifying and assessing foreign intelligence and insider threats. · Experience conducting complex investigations, inquiries, threat assessments, or analytical activities and developing recommendations based on findings. · Strong understanding of counterintelligence principles and threats affecting DoD contractors, sensitive technologies, personnel, facilities, and information. · Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, regional requirements, and sensitive matters. · Strong analytical judgment and ability to communicate complex or sensitive findings to senior leadership. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications · Current or previous SCI access/eligibility. · Bachelor's degree in Counterintelligence, Intelligence Studies, National Security, Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related discipline. · Significant specialized military or federal counterintelligence/investigative experience may be considered in evaluating overall qualifications. · Experience supporting technology protection, research and development, acquisition, advanced technology, or classified DoD programs. · Experience assessing supply-chain, foreign ownership/influence, third-party, or partner-related risks. · Familiarity with insider threat programs and reporting requirements within DoD or the Defense Industrial Base. · Experience working across geographically distributed programs, facilities, or organizations. · Relevant counterintelligence, intelligence, investigative, or insider threat professional training or certifications. Position Environment This position is based at our Beavercreek, Ohio headquarters and will serve as a central counterintelligence and technology protection resource supporting company activities across multiple regions. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong investigative instincts, and the ability to translate complex threat information into practical recommendations that protect our people, technologies, partnerships, and mission. | ||
